Organic whey powder is the product of spray-drying of partly demineralized organic whey. Organic whey is a by-product of cheese production from organic milk and is partly demineralized by physical processes.

A: Yes, the powder was pasteurized at 72-74 Celsius for 15-40 seconds.

A: Yes, drying is achieved by the use of a spray drier. During the spray drying process a rotating atomiser forces the liquid extract into tiny droplets which spiral in a vortex through the heated spray drying chamber - a process taking no longer than 4 seconds - to arrive finally at the collection point as a fine powder. The exact temperature we do not know, however we anticipate it between 95 - 105 Celsius.

Directions: Add 3 tablespoons per 5 oz of water or your favorite drink in a shaker or blender. Use between meals and post workouts. Make delicious smoothies with fruit and ice. or add to pancake, muffin or waffle batter.
