Ingredients: Organic alfalfa seed, organic red clover seed, organic mung beans, organic radish seed.

Directions: To sprout, use 3 tablespoons seeds per quart jar or a Sprouter. Soak in water 8 hours, then drain. Rinse seeds 3 times a day until ready to use (about 4 days).

Storage: Optimum shelf life is 6 months to 1 year for maximum sprouting potential (90%-95%). The product will probably keep indefinitely but the ratio of seeds that actually sprout will diminish each year.
