It is my great pleasure to introduce our company mission and the products we offer.

For the past 45 years I have dedicated myself and my company to herbal research, formulation, and education. My interest in plants began early in life. At 14 my professional career began as a counselor and guide for wild useful and edible plants. In 1970 I began cultivating culinary and medicinal plants in my own garden and giving "plant side" lectures on organic gardening to anyone who passed through my garden gate. Back then, the whole idea of using Nature's plants to nurture, nourish and heal was just beginning to be recognized as a healthy lifestyle by the 'New" generation. Although there were Health Food Stores, there were no 'Natural Food Stores' yet, and the Organic movement was known to only a few progressive vegetarians. As part of a small group of alternative thinkers I began formulating herbal products for the Natural Food Stores that were beginning to spring up across America. I am happy and proud to have been part of many "beginnings" over the years in the Natural Products Industry.

In 1995, when my wife, Arie, and I decided to join our dreams and resources, the ABRA Therapeutic product line was born. We knew that we had all the necessary herbal resources to make the finest herbal personal care products in the world. We knew we had a vast amount of experience to share, and we believed a successful life meant living our visions and values.

Today the ABRA Therapeutic line has many loyal customers. Our plant resources reach far beyond my garden gate, and our path has led us to some of the most exciting botanical sanctuaries in the world. We have taken an active stand against using any non-renewable tree harvests such as sandalwood and rosewood and support several organizations dedicated to wild plant preservation.
