Honey granules go through a co-crystallized process which are comprised of microsized crystals with the material located in the interstices between the crystals. This process creates a porous cluster of extremely small crystals individually and bonded together at their point of contact.

Moisture content being less than 1.5% results in a product with excellent shelf-life that does not support microbial growth. The only 100% natural dry honey in the marketplace today, containing no artificial additives. Product reflect the typical characteristics of what you would expect from liquid honey without the water.
