Whats so special about goats milk?
Fresh goats milk has long been used as a skin moisturizer. Goats milk contains capric and caprylic acids which reduce the alkalinity found in many skin care products.  This reduced alkalinity results in a pH level closer to healthy human skin.  Canus has extended the natural benefits of fresh goats milk by adding Calendula Oil from Marigold plant, a plant lipid recognized for its antioxidant and excellent emollient properties.  Plant lipids such as Calendula Oil can be very helpful in hydrating and keeping skin from feeling dry and uncomfortable.

Way back in 1994, two friends from Montreal decided the world would be a whole lot softer if more people washed with soap made from fresh goat's milk.
Thus began Canus and in just a few short years, their original triple-milled bar grew into the second largest selling soap in all of Canada.
Andree Falardeau and Andre Beauregard figured they were on to something.
Pretty soon Canus was making fresh goat's milk body wash, fresh goat's milk moisturizer, fresh goat's milk body butter and foot scrub. The entire line was made with farm fresh goat’s milk. It is still the same today.
