To control itching – A simple "mud pack" made with bentonite clay and enough water to create a thick cream can help control the itch and dry up blisters, herbalists say. Spread the clay over the affected area and let air-dry. Keep it on until the clay wears off or gets itchy.  Wash off the residue.

For First Aid – To make a healing pack, mix bentonite clay or baking soda and oatmeal with water and an anti-infection herb (such as garlic, thyme, or calendula) or an herbal tincture. Apply to pimples, boils, or wounds.

Facial Instructions: Mix with equal parts of apple cider vinegar (preferably raw) or water. It is best to use a glass, pottery, or wooden bowl. Stir the mixture until it is a smooth paste add more clay or liquid as needed.
Apply a 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch thick layer of clay to the face or other areas and let it dry. Drying times vary, but times are generally 5 minutes for delicate skin and 15-20 minutes for normal skin. You will feel a pulling and tightening sensation, deep pore cleansing.
Remove clay by washing with warm water. A slight redness may appear after removing the clay. This is normal and will disappear in approximately 30 minutes. Bentonite helps to remove dirt and impurities from the pores of the skin. The clay is beneficial of clay in your home own home. One pound of clay makes 10-15 clay packs. Clay can be used by the whole family, men and women. Mix some up and feel your face come to life.
