Emerita's Phytoestrogen Body cream features plant compounds that are structurally similar to estrogen. It features the traditional feminine herb black cohosh, plus ginseng and clover, along with vitamin E, aloe vera and jojoba seed oil for smooth, soft skin.

Where do I put it: Massage a dime size dollop of cream (about ¼ to ½ teaspoon) into your skin twice a day. Try your wrists, arms, thighs, tummy; whatever you like.
