The richest, sweetest essence of the darkest tropical island rum.
Adding flavors to coffee is not as innovative a concept as one may think. The Arabs were the first coffee drinkers who added spices such as cinnamon to their coffees. Other Middle Easterners followed with the addition of cardamom, clove, nutmeg, black pepper, allspice and even ground nuts. Later came the addition of citrus peels, spirits and chocolate. When coffee was introduced to the Western world, they added cream and sugar to enhance the coffee flavor. These natural flavorings were added to the coffee either while brewing or once it was in the cup.
Since 1985, Coffee Masters procures hand selected and craft-roasts high-grown gourmet grade 100% pure Arabica coffee. They purchase only from the top 3% of the highest quality arabica grown. Because of the outstanding quality and consistency, they have grown to become the largest specialty coffee roaster in the Midwest. Immediately after roasting, the coffee is packaged into nitrogen-flushed bags. The nitrogen replaces the oxygen that would otherwise quickly age the coffee. The nitrogen preserves the wonderful flavor characteristics of fresh-roasted coffee. All coffees are certified Kosher and Rainforest Alliance Certified™ (protects ecosystems and the people and wildlife).
