Elder, yarrow and peppermint—the foundation of this tea—are a classic European blend of herbs used for centuries. You'll love the aroma of the pungent, minty steam that rises off this tea. Sip slowly and let your weary body be comforted by its warming properties.

Proprietary blend: Organic European elder flower, organic yarrow flower, organic peppermint leaf, organic hyssop herb, organic rose hip, organic cinnamon bark, organic ginger rhizome, safflower petal, organic clove flower bud, organic licorice root dry aqueous extract.

Directions: For maximum benefits, herbal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over two tea bags in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10 minutes. These steps directly infulence the amount of beneficials components that will end up in your teacup. Gently squeeze the tea bags to release any remaining extract. Drink 1-2 cups initially, follow by 1 cup every 3 hours. Not exceed 6 cups in a 24 hour period.
