GladRags Day Pads have a unique three part design which allows you to customize the absorbency of the pad according to your flow by choosing one or two inserts. You can even use the holder alone for an ultra-slim liner! This breathable all-cotton pad is so comfortable, you’ll wonder how you lived without it.

To Use GladRags Reusable Menstrual Pads: 1. Place 1 or 2 of the inserts inside the holder. 2. Turn your GladRag over. Snap it around your underwear. The tag side goes next to your underwear and the smooth side goes next to your body. 3. Change your GladRag (holder and inserts) about as often as you would a disposable pad.

All of are made from cotton flannel and cotton terry cloth. These undyed pads are organically-grown cotton flannel.

Inspired by the simple utility, earth-friendliness, and comfort of cloth diapers, GladRags was founded in 1993. It began just a few miles from our current office, as a home-based business that quickly outgrew the extra bedroom. We've made many exciting changes over the years, but our mission has remained the same: to provide high quality, sustainable products to positively transform the experience of menstruation.

GladRags champions period positivity by displacing disgust and disposability with celebration and reusability. By reinforcing that menstruation is normal and educating the community about reusables, we erode the myth that periods should be shamed and hidden. As a result, reusables have rapidly shifted from “alternative menstrual hygiene” to an option that’s increasingly being embraced by the mainstream, particularly as the benefits like cost savings, concern for the earth, and the desire for a more comfortable period are being heralded by a growing GladRags online community.

GladRags is proud to be a certified Benefit Corporation since 2012. As a woman-owned company that insists on a sustainable approach to business, we use local bike delivery to receive finished goods from our local sewing partner, pay meticulous attention to supply chain and waste reduction, and put our company values of environmentalism, inclusivity, and body positivity into the very heart of the GladRags brand.
