Because we malt our grain sweeteners in the Traditional way, our barley malt syrup is lighter in taste and color than the commonly available, strongly flavored malts. It is traditionally made and malted over a 90-day period, using only enzyme cultures naturally occurring in sprouted organic barley. Many competitors use industrially-produced fractionated enzymes from growth mediums to speed up their production.
