SUGGESTED USE: As a daily beverage, use 1-2 tea bags per day. For a stronger tea, use more tea bags and water and drink more frequently. As a stronger periodic cleanse, drink 2 cups, followed by additional cups throughout the day, as needed. Or, steep 4 tea bags in 3 cups of water, keep warm, and drink over one hour. Repeat 2-4 times a day. For additional support, and a more complete approach, drink this tea along with Triple Leaf Herbal Laxative Tea, or any of Triple Leaf's diet teas.
BREWING DIRECTIONS: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over a tea bag. Let steep 10-15 minutes or longer. Squeeze tea bag gently into the cup. Leave in cup as drinking. A tea bag can be re-used to extract more herbal benefits.

Triple Leaf Tea's Ancient Chinese Herbs & Teas
Traditional Chinese herbology began in approximately 2500 B.C. Recently, here in the West, people have discovered the value of this ancient system. Tea drinkers are able to enjoy a wider variety of Chinese herbs and teas that rarely were used in the West until now. The Chinese system of herbology has been recorded in ancient texts, which are studied and employed even today. This time tested knowledge has been passed on from generation to generation over the centuries
Triple Leaf Tea comes from such a tradition. It is made in the U.S.A. by a Chinese American family-owned business. The company owner can remember stories of his own grandfather selling herbs and teas in his village in China. Today, these traditional Chinese herbs and teas are available to you. We wish you harmony and health.
