Agastya haritaki is one of the most popular Ayurvedic medicine for asthma. It is widely used in many of the respiratory diseases. It is not only a medicine, but also a rejuvenative (rasayana). Dosage: Take 1–2 teaspoons 1-2 times a day, before or after food, along with warm water or honey, or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.

Kapikachhu Atmagutpa (Mucuna pruriens)
