Q. How come I didn't get any email confirmations?
A. Our emails are sometimes being classified as spam or junk mail by earthlink.net, gmail, yahoo, comcast and maybe others. Please check your SPAM/Junk folder if you are expecting emails from us and whitelist/add our email to your safe contacts.
Q. The shopping cart is telling me we can not ship to our address. Can I still order?
A. It seems the shopping cart shipping parameters are being exceeded.
It may help to order in smaller quantities at a time, i.e. 50 or 100 lbs at a time.
If you are still having issues you may email us your order details and we'll issue you an Invoice for secure payment.
Q. How can I get more info on a certain item?
A. Please click on the item name link or image to be taken to the detailed product page. Generally all the info we have is on this page.
Q. Can I order and pay by check, money order, Bill Me Later financing through Paypal?
A. Yes, you may. These options are available when checking out. Simply select to pay by check/bank transfer and follow the instructions. Allow approximately 3-5 business days for personal checks to clear the bank. Paying by bank wire transfer/ACH is available upon request.

Paypal's Bill Me Later offer is a quick and easy financing option for your $99+ order. Once you choose "Credit Card" you will see an option for Bill Me Later. Simply click on that option and Paypal will walk you through the process. Financing is simple, easy and can be completed in just minutes. Note: all financing is handled by Bill Me Later. All terms and conditions are managed through Bill Me Later and we have no control over financing approval or terms.
Q. Can I pay by credit card?
A. Yes, you may. Select "Credit Card" at checkout. You may be re-directed to a Paypal secure payment page if using Paypal Express. From their secure payment page follow payment instructions to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, etc.), pay from your Paypal balance, or "Bill Me Later".
Q. Do we ship around the world?
A. Yes, we ship worldwide. Please select your country on the checkout form. You may be liable for customs, taxes, duties and/or other costs involved in importing shipment into your country. Shipping costs are not refundable. You may also notice a currency converter for certain countries on the bottom right of most webpages.
Q. Where do we ship from?
A. We're located in Salisbury, MD 21804 USA. We do not have a storefront and pick-ups are not allowed. We do deliver locally around 30 mile range for a nominal cost. Make a note in the Order Comments field. You will be refunded for any difference.
Q. Where's my order?
A. Please allow us ample time to process your order. Usually we ship within 3 days. During busy/holidays it may be longer. Check your order status online by signing into your account. Your log-in information will be emailed when you order/create an account. If it is marked "Awaiting Fulfillment", we are in the process of working on your order and will usually ship within 7 days.
Orders marked "Pending" likely means item(s) are on backorder for you and will ship same day received, usually in 2-3 weeks. Also we may have issued you an email and we are awaiting an answer if there are any issues with your order.
Q. Can Canadian shipments via UPS be cheaper if I choose my own customs broker instead of the default UPS Customs broker?
A. Yes, Canadian customers you do have a choice in choosing your own customs broker when shipping via UPS! Customer have recommended using World Wide Customs Brokers who have years of experience on customs regulations, customs compliance programs, and to ensure adherence to preferential tariff rules. Customers are claiming they get packages to its destination quickly, and with the lowest applicable duties. Once you have an account setup with them, you may enter your account number in the Order Comments section of our checkout.
